Session 1 – Many business leaders regard the HR function as an administrative necessity only. Successful organizations understand the need to link their business goals to people strategies but in many cases, it is done without the inclusion of HR Business Partners. This session will focus on how the HR function can work in collaboration with other functional leaders to drive financial results through the measurement of the effective deployment of people in the business. Specific measurements, techniques, and processes will be discussed.

Session 2 – One of the largest line items on the Income Statement of most companies is salary expense, yet business leaders don’t focus their time and attention on maximizing individual or departmental performance. As the demand for quality employees outpaces the supply, the cost of labor increases as performance standards may deteriorate. This session will focus on specific strategies to link compensation to performance metrics and business outcomes and move beyond the traditional approach to performance management and compensation delivery.
