After graduate school at Carnegie Mellon University, I was a corporate road warrior, eating on the run, living in hotels and airports. I lived in five major cities over the course of six years and rarely made my own health a priority.
Having three little boys now, ages seven, four and one, put things in perspective. My boys were milk, soy protein intolerant (MSPI) until approximately the age of one. All exclusively breastfed, I eliminated dairy and soy from my diet while nursing. This began my passion for learning about food, which led me to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I then met Milena and Totally Fit Mama was born. We started an affordable meal planning business to offer nutrition education/recipes/ideas/
