Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Training

The unique CultureNeutral® Framework is built around a “third space” concept of psychological safety, learning, and conflict neutralization centered on an age-old principle. The central theme is that our natural variegation treated as “differences” has never been and will likely never be the primary drivers of unity, cohesion or common purpose.

The act of continuously admitting new people into an organization, their varied competing talents and abilities, and often conflicting beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors, requires a flexible but systematic and continuous approach to sustain high performance. Although the value of education and training shouldn’t be minimized, piecemeal approaches cannot meet the needs of systemic challenges.

The proprietary CultureNeutral® Framework provides systems-thinking training and education in matters of managing the influx of myriad individual cultures and resulting complex interactions within a single purpose-driven organizational culture.

InclusiveWorks® LLC is eager to share and teach the leadership fundamentals of the CultureNeutral® Framework, as well as help to implement the nuanced approaches to incorporating new ways of managing the challenges globalization, international and intercultural realities of 21st Century workforce management.
